The ninth Italian Design Day, themed “Inequalities: Design for a Better Life”, was hosted at the Sea World Culture and Arts Center in Shenzhen by the Italian Consulate General in Guangzhou. Curiel joined the roundtable alongside Giovanni Podesta of Fuksas, Valentina Giannella of Visottica, Ken Chen of Pininfarina China and Guan Chen Yong of Gudsen Technology, moderated by Arianna Sorini of Istituto Marangoni Shenzhen. The discussion explored how design can reduce social inequalities through accessibility, inclusion and sustainability.
